If you ever have any issue with your Clever Notetaker order, just email us at orders@theclevernotetaker.com !

If your product arrives damaged, incorrectly (or never arrives) just pop us a message and we'll issue you a refund or exchange ASAP. That said, we ask that you please give it a full 3 weeks before contacting us about a missing product, as we are shipping all over the world and it's not unusual if something takes a bit longer.
